What an on-site day looks like.
- You give us your roster and pick a date that fits your dispatch board.
- We come to your yard, terminal, or facility with the full exam setup.
- Drivers rotate through 15–20 minutes each — vision, hearing, blood pressure, urinalysis dipstick, head-to-toe — without leaving the property.
- Every certificate is filed with FMCSA the same day, before we pack up.
- You get a compliance summary: who passed, who's on a short card, who needs a follow-up.

On-site exam days are for larger fleets — 20 or more drivers. For smaller crews, a fleet account at our Los Angeles clinic is faster and cheaper: we book your roster back-to-back at $85 per driver, five-driver minimum.
At your yard, terminal, or facility — anywhere across Los Angeles County with a quiet room, a restroom, and space for a driver to sit for the exam. We bring the equipment and work through your roster on-site.
On-site pricing depends on your headcount and location, so we quote it per fleet rather than post a flat rate. Tell us how many drivers and where you're based, and we'll put a number in front of you.
Yes. Each driver is examined in about 15 to 20 minutes and the certificate is transmitted to FMCSA the same day — same federal exam, same certificate, just run at your location instead of the clinic.
Either works. In-clinic is our standard for every fleet. On-site is simply the option that makes sense once you're moving 20-plus drivers and pulling them off-site one at a time stops adding up.
