The Process

Book online. Come to the clinic. Walk out certified.

Whether it's one driver or thirty, the DOT physical is the same federal exam — book online, walk in, and you're certified the same day.

Four steps. Done before dark.

01

Book online.

Individual drivers pick a slot; fleet accounts get scheduled back-to-back. Takes two minutes online.

02

Come to the clinic.

Walk in at your appointment time — we handle the rest, vision screener to blood pressure cuff, all on site.

03

The exam.

Vision, hearing, blood pressure, urinalysis dipstick, and a physical check against the FMCSA standard. 15 to 20 minutes a driver.

04

Filed same day.

Pass and you're certified on the spot. We transmit the result to FMCSA that same day, before you leave — your card lives in the National Registry, not in your glovebox.

What's in the kit

Everything a DOT exam needs — all in one visit.

Blood-pressure cuff, scale, vision screener, audiometry for the hearing check, urinalysis dipsticks, stethoscope, otoscope, reflex hammer — everything needed to certify you and file with FMCSA before you leave.

The one thing to bring

Your driver's license.

Bring your license and your glasses if you wear them — that's the whole checklist. The hearing test is a whisper check at five feet, done in our exam room, not a noisy shop floor.

Everything else — cuff, scale, screener, dipstick — is already set up at the clinic.

FAQ

Good questions.

No. The urinalysis is a health dipstick — protein, blood, sugar. If your company runs a separate drug screen, that's a different appointment.

Most issues are fixable — blood pressure, uncorrected vision. We'll tell the driver exactly what to bring back, and recheck. Nobody gets a surprise.

Usually same day or next. Book online and pick a slot — no waiting on a callback.
